Lewisham Council are seeking to award a contract for an assessment and recovery centre , under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, Provider Selection Regime Process C. This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The awarding of this contract is subject to the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. For the avoidance of doubt, the provisions of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 do not apply to this award. Lot 1: This is a Provider Selection Regime (PSR) intention to award notice. The Lewisham Assessment and Recovery Centre (LARC) is an assessment centre which provides 24-hour support for some of the borough's highest needs service users. The service is a key contract in the supported housing pathways and Lewisham's homelessness and substance misuse offers. The intention is to award this contract using the Provider Selection Regime Process C.
