North Northamptonshire Council Housing Windows & Doors Renewals and Maintenance Contract

North Northamptonshire Council's ( here after referred to as 'The Council') Housing Maintenance & Development Services maintains c. 8,230 council owned dwellings across North Northamptonshire. The purpose of this contract would be to support the Council in window and door renewals and maintenance across the housing portfolio. While "in-house" trade operatives are used for minor repairs there has been little large-scale capital investment in window/door works for over a decade and as a result, we are starting to see an increase in the number of windows/doors failing the Decent Homes Standard. To deliver this capital investment at scale, Housing Maintenance & Development Services require a flexible measured-term contract, where such work can easily be draw down.
