The primary function of which will be cost management to include inventory management, recipe management, ordering, and food cost control. Irish and EU legislation will apply. The Food Ordering System should fulfil current educational needs including all aspects of gastronomy, hospitality, menu preparation and development, nutrition, allergen, product development, HACCP, healthcare, costs, pricing, and reporting. It should also be capable of adapting to evolving demands in all gastronomic areas.
