We are seeking to establish a framework agreement for the supply of non-half hourly, half-hourly and unmetered electricity supplies, plus gas, as well as related ancillary services. The framework will emphasise the creation of social value and seek to address the specific needs of the education sector and civil society organisations (such as charities, community and voluntary organisations). Under the framework, the end customer will enter into a supply agreement with the supplier. We are seeking to establish a lot within the framework agreement for the supply of non-half-hourly electricity supplies as well as related ancillary services. Under the framework, the end customer will enter into a supply agreement with the supplier. We are seeking to establish a lot within the framework agreement for the supply of mains gas as well as related ancillary services. Under the framework, the end customer will enter into a supply agreement with the supplier.
