GP Clinical Document Management - Import / Export Service

Description

The Import / Export is a managed support service for general practices using Docman 7. The service is delivered via a dedicated service desk resource in support of the national Import / Export process. The service includes handling requests such as package transfer issues, queries, corrections, and technical support assistance involving integrations with the GP-to-GP mechanism and systems such as Docman, Emis, Vision and eLinks. Lot 1: An interim solution to provide the continuation of a service required by general practices in Scotland still using Docman 7. This service will no longer be required when all practices have migrated to Docman 10: a contract provided by NP606323 GPIT Document Management.
