Description

The service is a short stay hostel providing temporary accommodation to vulnerable adults who are medically fit to discharge from the Royal London Hospital. The service enables these patients to obtain support to access suitable housing and welfare services in the community, while staying as guests at the Gloria House. Tower Hamlets CG wishes to procure step down care and accommodation for vulnerable homeless patients who are discharged from the Royal London Hospital. The service will provide short stay temporary accommodation to vulnerable adults at the Gloria House Hostel. Service users would be discharge from hospital to Gloria House and during their stay at Gloria House they will obtain support to access suitable housing and welfare services in the community.
