Description
Skillnet Ireland currently uses a combination of systems which support the submission, assessment, and approval of applications for funding from our Network partners and enterprise bodies, as well as related report creation and communication to funding applicants throughout the lifecycle of the Calls for Proposals for funding process. As Skillnet Ireland grows, an integrated and flexible system is required, which will enable online submission of applications, reduce manual and duplication of effort by both internal and external parties to improve efficiencies and deliver on the flexible needs of our business and our business partners. This integrated system is required to operate and manage multiple processes across Skillnet Ireland and the Skillnet Ireland customer (Networks, Schemes, other) base. It is expected that all key Skillnet Ireland processes will migrate from the current disparate set of systems onto an integrated online system in a phased approach over time. Such an implementation project in its entirety, will be rolled out over a number of phases. There are five proposed process migration phases. Each phase will include a number of planned components encompassing a distinct set of processes. Tenderers should note that this RFT details the requirements of Phase 1 only. The contract is for an initial period of 1 year. The proposed commencement date will be May 2023. Skillnet Ireland reserves the right to extend the contract for a period of up to 12 months, subject to the performance of the selected service provider, budget availability and ongoing business needs.
