Joint Contract for the Delivery of a Drinking Water System for the joint Ministries

Departementenes sikkerhets- og serviceorganisasjon (DSS) would like to enter into a joint hire contract for the joint ministries for the delivery of a drinking water system that ensures cooled and purified carbonated and non-carbonated water. The installations must be connected to a public water system. The contract must include the assembly of a tap in existing kitchen worktops with and without a sink, as well as free-standing taps. The contract will also include ongoing technical service and maintenance, as well as ongoing deliveries of carbon dioxide for carbonated water. Disassembly of equipment at the end of the contract must also be part of the contract. Lot 1: Sub-contract I — Central Installations Departementenes sikkerhets- og serviceorganisasjon (DSS) would like to enter into a joint hire contract for the joint ministries for the delivery of a drinking water system that ensures cooled and purified carbonated and non-carbonated water. The installations must be connected to a public water system. The contract must include the assembly of a tap in existing kitchen worktops with and without a sink, as well as free-standing taps. The contract will also include ongoing technical service and maintenance, as well as ongoing deliveries of carbon dioxide for carbonated water. Disassembly of equipment at the end of the contract must also be part of the contract. This procurement is divided into two lots as follows: 1) Sub-contract I: Central installations; 2) Sub-contract II: Local installations. Sub-contract I is estimated to consist of approx. 170 taps, of which approx. 33 are taps at option parties. This makes up approx. 80 % of the existing taps. This is an unbinding estimate based on information on the scope of the current contracts and the estimated future need. It is not binding for the contracting authority. The contracting authority reserves the right to order deliveries of both fewer and more taps than the stated estimate. The total contract value for sub-contract I, including option parties and the option period, is estimated to be between NOK 7 000 000 and NOK 15 000 000 excluding VAT. The contract will also include ongoing technical service and maintenance, as well as ongoing deliveries of carbon dioxide for carbonated water. Disassembly of equipment at the end of the contract must also be part of the contract. This procurement is divided into two lots as follows: 1) Sub-contract I: Central installations; 2. Sub-contract II: Local installations. Sub-contract II is estimated to consist of approx. 45 taps, of which 3 are taps at option parties. This makes up approx. 20 % of the existing taps. This is an unbinding estimate based on information on the scope of the current contracts and the estimated future need. It is not binding for the contracting authority. The contracting authority reserves the right to order deliveries of both fewer and more taps than the stated estimate. The total contract value for sub-contract II, including option parties and the option period, is estimated to be between NOK 1 500 000 and NOK 4 000 000 excluding VAT.
