Description

Enebakk kommune shall build new sheltered accommodations for people with reduced functional ability, as shared housing at Nylende in Ytre Enebakk. The sheltered accommodations shall be built over 2 floors, with a total area of approx. 1 400 m2. The building contains 10 flats and administration and common areas. Parts of the existing building will be demolished to make way for the new sheltered accommodations. The Contracting Authority wants tender offers on the construction of new sheltered accommodations for people with reduced functional ability, as shared housing at Nylende in Ytre Enebakk. The new sheltered accommodations shall be built over two sites at Nylendeveien 12/Gaupeveien 26 — Cadastral No./Title Number 90/611 and 90/582. The site titles shall be merged, as it is not permissible to build over property borders. Parts of the existing building will be demolished to make way for the new sheltered accommodations. The existing building have extensive damage, as a result of settlement. The sheltered accommodations shall be built over two floors, with a total area of approx. 1 400 m2. The building contains 10 flats and administration and common areas. The project shall be carried out as a general contract.
