A brief summary of HS1’s requirement is provided below: HS1 Ltd’s current Car Park Management Services contract is due to expire at the end of 31st March 2025, so HS1 Ltd will therefore be going out to tender for Car Park Management Services contract, commencing 1st April 2025. The services under contract will cover car park staff & operations; winterisation and vegetation management; at HS1’s 4 stations at: - St Pancras International – Pancras Road, London NC1 4PQ - 315 spaces - Stratford International – Olympic Park, International Way E20 1YY - 850 spaces - Ebbsfleet International – International Way, Ebbsfleet Valley, Gravesend DA10 1EB - 5513 spaces - Ashford International – Newtown Road, Ashford, Kent TN24 0PS - 1864 spaces The contract duration will be up to 8 years (5 years initial term with option to extend annually thereafter up to a maximum 8-year term).
