Lot 1: Caradoc Surgery NHS North East Essex Clinical Commissioning Group in conjunction with NHS England and NHS Improvement, invited suitably qualified service providers to submit tenders for the provision of Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) at Caradoc Surgery in North East Essex. The Contract will run for 4 years and 11 months commencing on the 1.04.2021. The Contract value for this term is £5,080,272.   Lot 2: Clacton Community Practice NHS North East Essex Clinical Commissioning Group in conjunction with NHS England and NHS Improvement, invited suitably qualified service providers to submit tenders for the provision of Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) at Clacton Community Practices in North East Essex. The Contract will run for 4 years and 11 months commencing on the 1.04.2021.
