Winter maintenance work- Øvre Eiker municipality

Øvre Eiker municipality shall enter into a contract for mechanical winter maintenance work in the form of snow clearing areas. See the attached maps of snow clearing areas. The objective of this procurement is to keep the municipal spaces accessible and safe during the winter half of the year. The tenderer must have suitable equipment adapted to the assignments at the different areas. The number of snow clearing and gritting assignments will vary each winter season depending on downfall, temperature and weather conditions. Note: the price of first-response assignments is fixed. The tender contest is divided into lots for the different areas. If a tenderer wishes to submit a tender for one (or more areas) the tenderer must then select the lot for which he wishes to present a tender and complete the price sheet for the relevant area. The tender documentation and the agreement are common for all lots. Lot I- AREA 1 and AREA 14 GS -snow clearing and gritting: AREA 1 Hokksund east - snow clearing and gritting and AREA 14 Foot/bicycle lane and pavement Hokksund East -snow clearing and gritting The contract applies to winter maintenance work for AREA 1 Hokksund east snow clearing and gritting and AREA 14 Foot/bicycle lane and pavement Hokksund East -snow clearing and gritting If a tenderer wants to submit a tender for the AREAS (Area 1 Hokksund East and Area 14 foot and bicycle lanes and pavement Hokksund East) 'Prisskjemaet Rode1 og Rode 14' (the 'Price sheets for Area 1 and Area 14') must be completed The total sum must be added to Mercell under products. (The tenderer must price 4 parts of this lot - i.e. - Area 1 Hokksund East snow clearing and gritting and Area 14 foot/bicycle path and pavement Hokksund East - snow clearing and gritting). Lot II-AREA 2 Hokksund centre, snow clearing: AREA 2 Hokksund centre, snow clearing The contract applies to winter maintenance work for AREA 2 - Hokksund centre, snow clearing If the tenderer wants to submit a tender for AREA 2 Hokksund centre, snow clearing, the price sheet for this area must be completed. The total sum must be added to Mercell under products. Lot III Area 3 and 15 Darbu, snow clearing and gritting: AREA 3 and 15 Darbu, snow clearing and gritting The contract applies to winter maintenance work for AREAS 3 and 15- Darbu, snow clearing and gritting. If the tenderer wants to submit a tender for AREA 3 and 15 - Darbu, the price sheets for 3 and 15 must be completed (note that there are two sheets in the Excel file). The total sum must be added to Mercell under products. Lot IV-AREAS 4 and 16 Skotselv, snow clearing and gritting: AREAS 4 and 16 Skotselv, snow clearing and gritting The contract applies to winter maintenance work for AREA 4 and 16 - Skotselv, snow clearing and gritting. If the tenderer wants to submit a tender for AREAS 4 and 16 - Skotselv, price sheets for these areas must be completed. (Note that there are two sheets in the Excel file) The total sum must be added to Mercell under products. Lot V-AREA 5 - Loesmoen snow clearing: AREA 5 - Loesmoen snow clearing The contract applies to winter maintenance work for AREA 5 - Loesmoen, snow clearing. If the tenderer wants to submit a tender for AREA 5 - Skotselv, the price sheet for this area must be completed. The total sum must be added to Mercell under products. Lot VI-AREA 6 Langebru- Sundmoen- Røren, snow clearing: AREA 6 Langebru- Sundmoen-Røren, snow clearing The contract applies to winter maintenance work for AREA 6 - Langebru -Sundmoen-Røren, snow clearing. If the tenderer wants to submit a tender for AREA 6 Langebru- Sundmoen-Røren, snow clearing, the price sheet for this area must be completed. The total sum must be added to Mercell under products.
