Description
Appointment of an external Strategic Delivery Partner (the Consultant) to undertake a diagnostic assessment in partnership with the Council focused on preventing demand costs and improving the approach to proactive prevention to reduce financial pressures. The diagnostic will specifically focus on children's social care and homelessness. The contract is awarded as a result of a mini competition under the ESPO 664_25 Framework.
