Provision of Legal Services for Saint John of God Community Services

Description

SJOG requires up to date consistent advice which can be implemented in the confidence that it is legally robust and will stand up to challenges by third parties. Which shall include but not be limited to: Labour and Employment Law Advise on individual and employment matters when necessary. • Review potential terminations and make recommendations as to appropriate actions, as well as draft notices of termination as requested. • Advise on personnel actions, including but not limited to employment compensation hearings, • Worker compensation claims, employment discrimination claims and equal employment hearings. • Advise on disciplinary codes, policies, and governing legislation.
