Fjell, Sund and Øygarden municipalities shall merge to one “New Øygarden municipality” from 1.1.2020. Sund and Øygarden municipalities pension schemes are currently covered by the KLP's pension scheme. Fjell municipality has a separate pension fund. The Joint Commitee for New Øygarden municipality has decided that the new scheme shall be an insurance scheme. New Øygarden municipality shall enter a contract for a public occupational pension scheme for our employees. The Contracting Authority understands that Kommunal Landspensjonskasse (KLP) is the sole life insurance agency with permission to provide services related to Public occupational pension schemes. Cf. the pension scheme guidelines for 2018. Fjell, Sund and Øygarden municipalities had total administration costs of 10 000 000 NOK and a total premium income of 115 000 000 NOK in 2017. New Øygarden municipality intends to sign a contract with KLP for a Public occupational pension scheme for our employees, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations d § 13-4 Voluntary ex ante transparency notice, cf. the Public Procurement Regulations § 21-5. The deadline for lodging appeals is 26.4.2019 (12:00) and must be submitted via the Mercell portal.
