Description

The service provider is operating Visa Application Centers in the region North America (United States, Mexico). The Service Provider operates at least one Visa Application Center in each of the following cities: Mexiko City, Monterrey, Boston, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, San Francisco, Washington D.C. Lot 1: The service supplier is operating Visa Application Centers for visa applications, offering the following services: 1) Information on the visa application process by telephone, email, at the counter, and via a web page to be specifically set up for this purpose; 2) If applicable, using the bidder’s own software scheduling of appointments as well as scheduling of appointments for a personal appearance of the applicant at the diplomatic mission; 3) Acceptance of the application documents and fees either on the service provider's premises or electronically/by postal mail, check for completeness and entry of the application data into an electronic file processing system (‘VIDEX’, see https://videx.diplo.de and https://videx-national.diplo.de), collection of biometric data with equipment to be rented by the Bundesdruckerei; 4) Forwarding of application documents, data and fees to the diplomatic mission; 5) Returns of passports and other documents, where applicable; 6) Optional services such as photocopies, biometric photographs, translations, completion assistance service, status notifications, passport returns, arrangement of travel health insurance, premium and VIP services, mobile collection of biometric data, assistance in consular matters such as the authentication of copies and the legalisation of documents.
