The Minister for Public Expenditure Infrastructure Public Service Reform and Digitalisation (the “Contracting Authority”) is issuing this Request for Applicants to Participate (“RFATP”) in a Dynamic Purchasing System (“DPS”) as a central purchasing body (“CPB”).
