Hybrid Mail

Description

Hybrid Mail Lot 1: he requirement is for the continued provision of Hybrid Mail services for Fife Council, enabling Council services to produce, print, process and dispatch mail through an established hybrid mail solution. The service supports operational efficiency, service continuity and wider digital transformation by reducing reliance on traditional physical mail processes. The contract is being called off under the Government Commercial Agency Postal Services framework RM6280, Lot 6: Hybrid Mail, Digital and Transformational, with Mail Metrics UK Limited proposed as the incumbent supplier to avoid unnecessary transition costs, implementation risk and disruption to critical mail activity.
