Herefordshire Council is looking to re-commission a framework of suitably qualified providers to deliver Care Services to people in their own home. The service will enable people to meet their outcomes through the delivery of high quality personal care. Providers will deliver enabling home care that meets the person's needs, maintains and increases their independence and minimises their need for formal care. The service will be provided to adults aged 18 years and over who live in Herefordshire and have been assessed as eligible for social care services.
