Fire engines

Description

Innherred Municipality Cooperation Fire and Rescue shall procure a new fire engine on behalf of Frosta municipality. The competition is for the procurement of one fire engine for Frosta municipality via Innherred fire and rescue. The fire engine shall be stationed at Frosta. The procurement must meet the contracting authority's need for a high quality fire engine with good functionality and user friendliness. In addition, the contracting authority would like good and quick access to service, repairs and maintenance capacities. The procurement's value is estimated to be 3 500 000 NOK excluding VAT. The amount is an estimate and it is not binding for the municipality. See the needs specification for further information on the delivery requirements. The contracting authority reserves the right to cancel the tender contest if there are justifiable reasons. This can, for example, be a lapse /change to the economic limit or a lack of political and administrative approval. Procurement procedure and notice. The competition will be held in accordance with the public procurements act from 17.7.2016 No. 73 (LOA), with the associated public procurement regulations of 12.8.2016 No. 974 (FOA), as well as the provisions stated in the tender documentation. The competition will therefore be held in accordance with the regulations Parts I and III. All interested tenderers can submit a tender in this procedure. Negotiations are not allowed in the competition and tenders can, thus, not be altered after the tender deadline has expired. The procurement is announced in both the Doffin and TED databases.
