Solace/IS Transformation: Implementing the National Framework for Self-Evaluation

The Improvement Service, on behalf of the Solace/IS transformation programme are seeking to contract an independent consultant to support phase two of the ‘Realising the Ambitions of Crerar’ project. Specifically to design and deliver support for local authorities to implement the National Framework for Self -Evaluation to be launched in March 2026. Lot 1: In March 2026, the Solace/IS transformation programme will launch a National Framework for Self - Evaluation, supporting the sector to collectively work towards more rigorous and robust approaches to self-evaluation that can be confidently positioned at the core of the dynamic of inspection and scrutiny processes. A consultant is sought to support the Implementation efforts of local authorities by; - Providing ‘deep-dive’ support to planning and evaluation of local implementation approaches for a sample of local authorities - Development and delivery of a National Training Programme and support to a National Practice Network
