Direct award under the NHS SBS Consult18 framework. Report on the job evaluation lines of the top team and the benchmark roles (approximately 33 roles). PHSO are looking for a fit for purpose, future proof, fair job architecture model which is based on a robust job evaluation method. The organisation is looking to install a job evaluation system, which can then link into a pay range that compares to the right competitors in the market and focused on region they operate in. The method and pay database chosen, should be one that can be maintained by the internal team with training and options for support when required.
