Hire of helicopters with crew

Description

Procurement of helicopter services for the project 160022 Hjerkinn PRO. As part of the decision to establish the Regional Range in Åmot Municipality, Hjerkinn Artillery Range will be closed. The reclamation of Hjerkinn Artillery Range is part of a comprehensive plan for extended protection of Dovrefjell through Sunndalsfjella national park, as an extension of Dovre national park, and landscape protection areas to the west of Rondane national park. Hjerkinn Artillery Range started to be wound down in 2006 after 80 years operation. The Norwegian Defence Estates Agency is responsible for the return of Hjerkinn Artillery Range to a landscape protection area and national park. Due to Covid-19 in the 2020 season, only half of the remaining explosives clearance was carried out. The remaining clearance will therefore be carried out in 2021. The planned weeks are 28, 32, and 33. There is a need for support from 3 helicopters in each of these weeks for the clearance.
