Description

Hull City Council (The Authority) is seeking tenders from organisations for the provision of General and Specialist Building Works Including Ventilation, Aids & Adaptations, Extensions and Specialist Works for High-Risk Buildings (HRBs).. The tender is a mini-competition within the via the EN:Procure Framework for Installation, Servicing, Maintenance and Repair Works (Gen 4). The contract is anticipated to commence 21st July 2025 ending by 20th July 2026, with an option to extend for up to a maximum of 12 months. The Authority has estimated the value of the services to be approximately £7,000,000 per annum. The estimated value is given in good faith to assist tenderers in making their submissions, it should not be interpreted as an undertaking to purchase any goods, services or works to any particular value by the Authority and does not form part of the Contract.
