The assignment will mainly consist of mapping the services Bodø Municipality will have in a joint health centre, assistance with and contributions to improvements and to making the services more efficient, as well as ensuring that this will be a well-worked concept that is suitable for further refinement in a room and function programme. The consultancy assignment will also include other services. Bodø Municipality (BK), Nord University (NORD), Nordland County (NFK) and Nordland Hospital (NLSH) have carried out a feasibility study for a new health centre where the parties can house the parts of their functions and services that have joint interests. A joint health centre is planned as an arena for interaction between the actors, with the goal of making each entity's service provision more efficient, educating health workers and research and development within health education. Innovation will be a central and unifying theme that all the actors will contribute to, as well as participate in, in order to fulfil the new requirements for the Norwegian health service in the future. The parties want that this to be an arena for service development and new ways to think about services. There is a joint willingness to have a joint health centre, but the parties have not yet decided to establish a joint project (at the time of this notice). A clarification is primarily needed from NLSH on financing. At this point in time it is not possible to say anything about progress here. Whilst waiting for a decision basis from the above-mentioned parties, Bodø Municipality would like to start the development and planning of its services that are intended to moved into the joint health centre. This is mainly an assignment that can be solved independently and it is the core of this enquiry. Bodø Municipality will have the following central functions in the health centre: Medical services, short-term bed posts, R&D functions, coordinator and education functions. The assignment will mainly consist of mapping the mentioned services, assistance with and contributions to improvements and to making the services more efficient, as well as ensuring that this will be a well-worked concept that is suitable for further refinement in a room and function programme, see point 2 below. The consultancy assignment will also include other services described below.
