Boiler Plant Operation & Maintenance

Description

Operation and maintenance of boiler plant including all necessary risk assessments, repairs and the like at 3 plant rooms within the university Campus. Lot 1: The University of Dundee have three independent boiler plant systems operating at its City Campus in Dundee. The University of Dundee are seeking an external contractor to: - Manage the operations and maintenance of the Energy Centre and other boiler assets in Matthew Building and The Wellcome Trust Biocentre as outlined above. - This provision should include 24/7 coverage including planned preventative maintenance, servicing and reactive maintenance including out of hours provision.
