University of Limerick (UL) (the ‘Authority) intends to establish frameworks of contractors for undertaking Small Capital Works Projects on the University Campus, and properties owned, leased, or managed by the University and its subsidiary entities. The Framework Agreements are intended to support the efficient procurement and delivery of a broad range of refurbishment, upgrade, maintenance, infrastructure, sustainability, lifecycle replacement, and small capital works projects within live operational environments.
