The subject of this call for tenders is the supply of rapid all-in-one antigen test kits for Covid-19 diagnostics. The subject of this contract is the supply of all-in-one antigen test kits for Covid-19 diagnostics, as detailed under the product specification below. All products, subject to this contract, must comply with the requirements of the applicable EU legislation (harmonisation Directives and Regulations on health, safety and performances of products in the internal market, as well as any other applicable EU and/or national legislation), in particular the EU legislation on medical devices or in vitro diagnostic medical devices, as applicable, to be validly placed and made available on the EU market.
