Acquisition of Software and Hardware Components and Customization Services in the Context of Security Services in Support of the EU Lassez-Passer

Description

The issuance of the EU Laissez-Passer requires the set-up and operations of 2 PKIs aimed at managing the certification requirements for the implementation of the passive authentication (ICAO-PKI) and for the implementation of the extended access control (EAC-PKI). Moreover, it requires the implementation and maintenance of a single point of contact (SPOC) in order to set-up the certificate exchange mechanism required by EAC, the implementation and maintenance of a Deviation List Signer (DLS) and the implementation and maintenance of a Master List Signer (MLS) including all the operations and functionalities required to manage the life-cycle for the collection and storage of the defect list and of the CSCA certificates to be included in the master list. Lot 1: includes all the software and software systems required to run, manage and operate the SPOC and the NPKD services, including the necessary functionalities to securely interact with other SPOCs and the ICAO PKD according to the respective specifications. Lot 2: includes all the software and software systems required to run, manage and operate the Master List service, including collection and validation of foreign CSCA certificates.
