River Irvine Path Construction Consultant

Description

North Ayrshire Council required a consultant to undertake various activities to support the construction phase of the River Irvine Path project. This was issued as a Direct Award to Sweco via the CCS Management Consultancy Framework Four (MCF4) Lot 8 - Infrastructure. The contract will commence on 5th May 2026 and end on 31st May 2027. Lot 1: North Ayrshire Council requires a consultant to undertake the following activities to support the construction phase of the River Irvine Path project: - Role of Principal Designer during tree felling works - Review of tender returns - Management of the main construction works - Site supervision of the main construction works - Role of Principal Designer during main construction works - Ecological Clerk of Works This project forms part of the Levelling Up Fund investment to improve Irvine/i3 site.
