EIB - Support to Procurement, Implementation and Monitoring of Energy Efficiency Projects in Chisinau and Yerevan

Description

The main objective of this technical assistance operation is to support the municipalities of Chisinau and Yerevan to ensure that the procurement, implementation and monitoring of energy efficiency projects and thermal buildings refurbishments, financed through EIB framework loans, are fully aligned with the bank's standards and requirements. The technical assistance services will consist of energy audits, priority investment plan, preparation of technical documentation, procurement support as well as institutional capacity building. Although both components (Chisinau and Yerevan) will run independantly from one another, the technical Assistance will foster synergies and be supported by the same core team of experts.
