School cleaning services

Currently managed by Julius Rutherfoord the School is placing their cleaning services to competitive tender and are inviting professional cleaning organisations to bid for the contract with the intention of awarding the contract following due process by 21.6.2019; with a contract start date of 1.8.2019. Below we show the approximate m2 for the site; full site plans and detailed drawings will be made available in the Invitation to tender (ITT). Total m2 3532 t0 be confirmed by floors in ITT Currently the school is cleaned between 06.00 a.m. and 08.00 a.m. with a cleaner working for one hour during the day to clear the dining area and ensure washrooms are clean. However, the school wish to explore the possibility of an evening clean between 05.00 p.m. and 08.00 p.m.; this may mean that the contractor would lock up the school? A separate optional quotation for external window cleaning will also be required.
