Thurrock Council sought a Provider to deliver an advocacy service that will offer a single gateway and coherent service pathway, which will meet all relevant statutory advocacy obligations alongside a range of non-statutory interventions, information and resources to support and empower individuals. The services to be provided are:• Care Act Advocacy (CAA)• Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA). • Independent Complaints Advocacy Services (ICAS)• Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA) – (including Paid Relevant Person Representative) Lot 1: Thurrock Council sought a Provider to deliver an advocacy service that will offer a single gateway and coherent service pathway, which will meet all relevant statutory advocacy obligations alongside a range of non-statutory interventions, information and resources to support and empower individuals. Please note the contract value provided in II.2.6 is the total estimated value over the full five years, including extension options.
