Description

Work to the Parish Hall are essential and will make the building structurally sound plus secure the future use of the building. This means restoring the building to a high standard, so that the public/council can carry on planning the re-use of the building. The work identified will be undertaken in one phase. The location and construction details are described in the proposed drawings and in the bill of quantities. The work is generally as follows: Re-slate the whole roof New lead work Insulation Decoration Prior to undertaking works, detailed method statements must be provided describing the work process accompanied by a detailed specific risk assessment identifying all known or reasonable anticipated risks, with procedures to provide a safe working environment. COSHH assessments must also be provided where appropriate.
