LLDC QEOP Operational Contracts Engagement Day

The London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) is issuing this PIN (Prior Identification Notice) to invite interested parties to attend a supplier engagement event, in relation to the procurement of key QEOP operational contracts. The event will be held in Stratford, London on Tuesday 26th April 2022 from 09:30 until 12, the session will consist of a presentation followed by the opportunity to visit QEOP and the venues including; London Aquatics Centre, Copper Box Arena and ArcelorMittal Orbit and Podium café. Lot 1: The London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) seeks to engage with the supply chain, in relation to the procurement of key Operational Contracts. These services are based in Stratford east London, at Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park (QEOP). The new Operational Contracts will cover: Copper Box Arena: operation and facilities maintenance lease. London Aquatics Centre: operation and facilities maintenance contract. ArcelorMittal Orbit and Podium Cafe: operation and facilities maintenance contract(s)/lease(s) Grounds Maintenance and Horticulture contract including Volunteering and public realm Facilities Management contract. The supplier engagement event is an opportunity to attend a presentation on the future ambitions of QEOP and an innovative approach to our contracting strategy. Additional information: LLDC invites interested parties to express an interest by registering via the DELTA e-Procurement portal, the link to which can be found in V1.3 below. Upon registration we will issue an invitation and will require some further information relating to your organisation. The deadline for submitting your responses to the invitation will be on 12th April 2022 at 12:00hrs.
