Construction of a new access road and car park at Centre Stage Arts Academy, London Road / Braeside Street Kilmarnock Site clearance and removal off site of old tarmac surfacing, concrete etc. associated with the former car park. Excavation of formation level. Removal of above ground services Placement of new drainage services. Associated Street lighting and EV ducting. Place new Kerbs, footways and paved areas to both sides of the road. Place sub base and pavement. Install traffic furniture and road markings. Landscape and finish area.
