An award of a service concession contract to appoint an energy buying partner with a pre-established portfolio of public sector organisations to act as an agent to arrange gas and electricity agreements for Contracting Authorities calling off under a Framework Agreement for the supply of gas and electricity. The Framework Agreement will be advertised on Find a tender later in the year. This is a renewal of an existing relationship established in 2014.
