Description

This project will explore the role of physical forces in regulating cellular behaviour. Cell behaviour will be characterised through brightfield imaging in combination with fluorescence. Furthermore, this imaging will be performed on both fixed cells but also in live samples to capture cell responses in real time. Additionally, the structure of the cells will be investigated under stimulation and so z-stacks of the cell and 3D reconstructions will be required.
