Welsh Government Commercial Delivery (WGCD) - Framework for Vehicle Hire IV

Description

Welsh Government Commercial Delivery (WGCD) are looking to commence the procurement of a multi-supplier framework for vehicle hire to replace the existing framework which expires in November 2025. WGCD wish appoint a number of Framework Suppliers, each operating under the Framework Agreement, to provide vehicle hire services across a range of vehicle types. It is anticipated that the Framework Agreement will cover the provision of hire for Cars, LCVs (under 3.5T GVW) and Specialist Vehicles (over 3.5T GVW) It is likely this will include both Internal Combustion Engine Vehicles and Electric Vehicles. It is expected that the agreement will be open to use by all Welsh Public Sector Contracting Authorities. The precise scope will be provided in the Contract Notice and Tender Documents.
