FOR JERSEY BASED COMPANIES ONLY Jersey Airport is undergoing a significant redevelopment of the departure lounge. As part of this transformation the airport is seeking to procure a speciality retail unit that will complement existing concessions and provide a unique, high-quality retail experience for departing passengers. This initiative aims to support the airports strategic vision of creating a vibrant and engaging retail environment while catering to the needs and preferences of both leisure and business travellers and visitors. Our aim for this speciality retail unit is to attract innovative and well-established retail operators with a strong brand presence and a proven track record in delivering high-quality customer service. The selected retailer should be capable of offering a distinctive local product range that enhances the overall retail mix at Jersey Airport. Key considerations include the ability to meet the airport’s operational requirements, contribute to revenue generation and align with the overall design aesthetics and sense of place within the newly developed departure lounge. Key objectives • One master concessionaire based in the departures building providing passengers with the following:- o A curated selection of Jersey local products.
