Balfour Beatty VINCI (BBV) are constructing the HS2 main works civils contract in area North. Cross Passage Ground Investigation & Ground Improvement We are looking to engage with the relevant supply chain to deliver the Cross Passage Ground Investigation & Ground Treatment / Grouting - Water Management at the Long Itchington Wood Tunnel (with an option for Broford tunnel too). Full details and specifications will be provided to the successfully shortlisted suppliers. Suppliers should be aware of the scale of this project and should assess their internal capabilities to be able to carry out the intended scope of works, prior to completing this expression of interest (EOI). Additional information: i. Contact (secondary) grouting through the segmental lining, ii. Ground Investigation - Probe hole drilling, iii. Development of Ground Treatment / Rock grouting Strategy. iv. Undertake Rock grouting / Permeation grouting, v. Coring of the segment lining.
