This tender covers the periodic servicing and maintenance of 83 Commercial Photovoltaic Systems at 81 properties; some of the properties have more than one photovoltaic system installed The objective of the servicing is listed below, Ensure continued safe functioning of the equipment Minimize the time that equipment might otherwise be out-of-service Prolong the life and performance of the installation Identify and report any required remedial work Report on system on initial visit (Initial Report) Standards The work shall be carried out in accordance with: Manufactures instructions Testing carried out in accordance with BS EN 62446-1 (PV System-requirements for testing, documentation and maintenance) BS7671 IET Wiring Regulations (Requirement for electrical Installers) Current good practice
