Vehicle Hire, Lease and Purchase.

Description

The scope of the Contract includes the supply of new vehicles suitable for use within an educational environment, including but not limited to passenger vehicles, light commercial vehicles, minibuses and other operational vehicles reasonably required by the Customer. Lot 1: Nexus Multi Academy Trust has awarded a call-off contract under the YPO Vehicle Hire, Lease and Purchase Portal Framework (1092) for the provision of vehicle purchase and leasing services. The contract provides the Trust with access to the supply of vehicles on an as-required basis to support operational needs across its schools and central services. The scope of the contract includes the purchase and/or lease of vehicles such as passenger vehicles, light commercial vehicles and minibuses. Requirements will arise on a reactive basis, including but not limited to the replacement of vehicles, operational expansion and expiry of existing lease arrangements. The contract has been established as a centrally managed agreement accessible across the Trust to ensure a compliant and efficient route for vehicle procurement. The total estimated value of the contract is £300,000 (exclusive of VAT) over the contract term. The Trust does not guarantee any minimum volume of orders under this arrangement. The contract was awarded by direct award under the relevant single supplier lot of the framework.
