Description
The year-round provision of scheduled and ad hoc Grounds Maintenance Services in respect of Hard and Soft Landscapes at multiple sites across a property portfolio in the City of Glasgow. This provision shall contribute to maintaining and enhancing the proper functionality and aesthetic appearance of the property portfolio. The scope of the requirement includes grassed areas, hedges, shrub beds, hard landscape areas, and trees. The service requirement also includes the provision of effective Gritting & Snow-Clearing Services at multiple sites across the property portfolio. This provision shall enable pedestrians and vehicles to safely access and move around each site. Lot 2: Gritting & Snow-Clearance Services As stated in the procurement documents.
