Procurement of systems for learning, competence and employee development

The Norwegian Labour and Welfare Administration (NAV) invites tenderers to a tender contest for systems in the field of learning, competence and employee development. The procurement will be made as two separate lots: - Lot 1 Learning (LMS) - Lot 2 System for competence and employee development Tenderers can submit requests to participate in either Lot 1 or Lot 2, or for both lots. We ask that this is stated in the letter confirming the tenderer's request to participate. Lot 1: Lot 1 Learning (LMS) The system must provide digital support in learning and knowledge sharing, and employees should find the system to be flexible, motivating and user-friendly. The system must cover needs such as: Deployment and follow-up of learning measures and training courses adapted to the different needs of each operational unit Course enrolment and management for both internal and certain external users Support for in-house production of learning initiatives such as e-learning and other digital forms of learning Lot 2: Lot 2 System for competence and employee development The system must be user-friendly and cover needs such as competence mapping, development and employee discussions with individual development plans, career development and competence planning. NAV would like the possibility of adaptations for each organisational unit.
