W5108 Children in Care - Mentoring Support

Description

The requirement is for targeted approach delivered by appropriately experienced professionals to undertake direct work with children who are in the care of Walsall Council or who are care experienced and who are living within Walsall and neighbouring boroughs and whose early childhood experiences of trauma are impacting on their emotional well-being and secure attachments to their carers. The service will deliver time-limited interventions with clear outcomes and will link to other services and support, include NHS CAMHS provision and therapeutic services. The service will work with the relevant Panel(s), care planning meetings and with professionals to signpost to appropriate services, accept referrals, provide plans of intervention and review and monitor progress. ## Contract award
