Description

Supply and implementation of a single comprehensive property management information system, together with training and on-going maintenance. The system being procured will enable the provision of services for undertaking the management of property and facilities management maintenance program. The Council manages a property maintenance budget of circa 850 000 GBP per annum and typically deal with 1 000+ work orders per year. The investment portfolio and operational assets number 760 properties and have a combined capital value of approximately 300 000 000 GBP and rental and service charge income of approximately 17 000 000 GBP a year.
