HEATING SYSTEM UPGRADE WORKS

Description

The project involves the following scope of works: •Disconnect and remove boiler, pipework, pumps, and controls from boiler house and install a new plantroom fit out. • Disconnect and remove oil tank and drain down oil line; • Install new Building Energy Monitoring System (BEMS) to control the heating system and monitor fuel use; • Replace existing heating distribution pipework throughout the school. • Replace existing radiators. • Replace oil tank with new LPG tank on concrete plinth with security cage. • Installation of new gas line from tank to boilerhouse. • Associated electrical works including wiring of plant, valves and sensors from new MCC panel.
