The Contracting Authority owns and manages more than 500 general needs, sheltered and supported housing schemes in and around Lincolnshire. The quality of the grounds maintenance and estates services the Contracting Authority provides is therefore of paramount importance in ensuring customer satisfaction in the services they deliver. The Contracting Authority are appointing a service provider who can deliver these Estates services to the highest possible standards and can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Contracting Authority a proven track record in the delivery of these services. The Contracting Authority own and manage more than 167 grounds maintenance sites in and around Mablethorpe, Louth and outlying villages. The Contracting Authority owns and manage 185 grounds maintenance sites in and around Skegness, Alford, Sibsey and outlying villages. The Contracting Authority owns and manage 148 grounds maintenance sites in and around Lincoln, Gainsborough, Boston, Spalding, Coningsby and outlying villages.
