Description

Stavanger Kirkelige Fellesråd [Stavanger Church Council] wants to use this competition to sign a contract for the delivery of cleaning services of 34 buildings. Stavanger Church Council, hereafter also called the contracting authority, hereby invites tenderers to participate in a competition. Information about the contracting authority can be found at www.kirken.stavanger.no From 1 January 2020 Stavanger municipality (zone 1) merged with Rennesøy municipality (zone 2) and Finnøy municipality (zone 3). The contract includes specified buildings within Stavanger municipality's borders before the merger, i.e. zone 1. It may be relevant to extend the contract or enter into separate parallel contracts for other buildings in each zone. The contracting authority specifically notes that Tjensvoll Church, Hillevåg Church, Revheim operational building, Hundvåg operational building, Jåttå operational building, Lagård operational building, Hetland (Frue Church) operational building, Eiganes operational building and Tjensvoll operational building are options and are included in the evaluation. The contracting authority has its own employees that are cleaning these churches/buildings. All enquiries about the competition must be sent to the contracting authority's contact person via the communication module in Mercell. The estimated annual value of the agreement is NOK 1 900 000 excluding VAT. This gives a total contract value for the entire potential contract period (including options) of NOK 7.6 million excluding VAT. The estimated contract value is for information only and the contracting authority is not bound by this. Changes in the budget may result in cancellation of the tender competition The volume may differ from that mentioned as a result of changes in financial framework conditions, changing needs, the market situation and political decisions.
